Scott and Hello Shelby were victorious in the CS15* speedclass competition at the Stephex Masters.
They ended with a time of 65.25 seconds to beat Laura Kraut and Zeremonie, who finished in 66.39 seconds, by more than a second.
Scott was delighted with Shelby’s performance and was full of praise for the event in Brussels.
“I just tried to go as quick as I could and he jumped great,” Scott said. “I have had a mixed year with him, some good rounds and some bad rounds, which is kind of what you expect of a nine-year-old. But now I am happy to be back on track and have a good round.
“It is a few years since I was last year and I see a lot of improvement. It’s a beautiful show. Stephan and his team have done a fantastic job and then with sponsors like Rolex coming in it has really made it one of the top shows to come to.”
